Lessons cancelled by the student more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will result in a makeup credit. Rescheduled lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. No more than two lessons may be rescheduled within the month and unused makeup credits will expire after 30 days.
Lessons cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours notice will be charged and no makeup credit issued.
Lessons cancelled by Steve Fekete will result in a makeup lesson.
